Welcome to LiveAir Networks' Client Services Portal.

This site is intended to make it easier for our customers to monitor their machines and to improve communication between us and our customers.

All customers have a master login that can be used to access this site. If you are currently a customer and need to get access to your master login, please call our support team at (512) 360-4273 or email clientcare (at) liveair.net.

The Services of Greasy Bend Ventures, Inc. are to be used for authorized purposes only. At no time may an employee or client use Online or Internet Services in violation of LiveAir Networks' policies, practices, or local, state, or federal law. This policy includes all Internet Services and electronic mail systems electronic bulletin board communications, including the Internet or the World Wide Web. If you are not an employee, client, or authorized agent of a client of LiveAir Networks or a party authorized to use this system by LiveAir Networks or access this screen, please cease your use immediately. Failure to do so may place you at legal risk.

All information contained within the Client Services Portal is an asset of LiveAir Networks. Authorized Users must ensure there is no external distribution, whether intentional or inadvertent, of material which is of a proprietary, confidential, or copyrighted nature as per agreements in place with clients or employees therefore. Information contained within online services and electronic mail communications, both online and in backup archives, is a business record, comparable to a printed business memo, and can be accessed and disclosed as the business deems it is necessary.

In addition, LiveAir Networks may disclose the contents of Internet Services and electronic mail communications, sent or received by and to employees, whenever it believes such disclosure is required to investigate possible violations of company policy, or to ensure integrity and security within the Internet Services and electronic mail system, or in support of court order or subpoena, or for any other lawful or business reason. Accordingly, authorized personnel of LiveAir Networks may review electronic communications.

This policy is in addition to the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms and Conditions of the use of LiveAir Networks' services. Copies of these policies are available on LiveAir's Public website at http://www.liveair.net and are available by request from LiveAir Networks Client Services. LiveAir Networks reserves the right to change its Internet Services and electronic communications policy at any time.
